Amaretto Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup amaretto liquer
1/2 cup almonds sliced
1 x amaretto butter (see recipe)
1 x amaretto syrup (see recipe)

Directions

Beat pancakes ingredients together until smooth.

Cook as usual.

Fresh Coconut Cake

Absolutely fabulous! We added one can of pineapple to the frosting that was between the two layers and it was out of this world. Needs to be bigger. Recommend making 3 layers or making a double sheet cake out of it. It will go fast!
