Acapulco RiceA delicious rice dish that gets its wonderful flavor from the shredded cheddar cheese and a bit of chili powder.
Ingredients
DirectionsCombine tomato sauce, water and chili powder in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
