Aloha Cookies

Ingredients

1/3 cups butter or margarine
1/2 cups sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose sifted
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/8 teaspoons salt
8 ounces pineapple, canned canned crushed, drained
1/4 cups macadamia nuts chopped, or walnuts
1/2 cups figs california, dried
--- Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 x coconut flaked

Directions

In large bowl, beat butter, sugar and egg until fluffy. Combine flour, soda and salt; beat into butter-sugar mixture alternately with pineapple.

Stir in nuts and figs.

Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes. While warm, dip cookies into glaze of powdered sugar and milk; then in coconut.

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

These are very good. I tried these on another recipe site and was thrilled. If you love chocolate chip, these are the best you have ever tasted. It makes a lot but you can freeze the dough.
