String Beans Stir-Fried with Tofu

Ingredients

4 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 each garlic cloves crushed
2 each tomatoes cut into wedges
4 ounces tofu deep fried, cubed
1 pound bean sprouts
2 each red chili peppers sliced
1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons oyster sauce vegetarian
4 tablespoons cilantro leaves

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic until brown.

Add the tomatoes, tofu, bean sprouts, chilies, onion, salt, pepper and oyster sauce.

Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Serve hot, garnished with the cilantro.
