Spinach and Cashew Salad

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups spinach leaves, raw, chopped
1/2 cup watercress
4 each onions green, sliced
1/3 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup croutons
1 x salad dressing vegan, (your favorite one)

Directions

Combine the spinach, watercress, green onions, and cashews in a serving bowl.

Spoon the dressing over the salad and toss. Eat immediately while crisp.

I had these last night and they were absolutley wonderful
