This percolator punch is the ultimate holiday crowd-pleaser. Cranberry juice cocktail and pineapple juice mingle with brown sugar, whole cloves, and broken cinnamon sticks, all brewed together in a party-size coffee pot.

The percolator does double duty here: it heats the punch, infuses the spices through the basket, and keeps everything piping hot for hours.

  • Use a 24 to 30 cup percolator for this batch size. A standard home coffee maker is too small.

Directions

In a party-size coffee pot (24-30 cups) combine the 9 cups of unsweetened pineapple juice, 9 cups cranberry juice cocktail, 4½ cups water, and 1 cup of brown sugar.

In the basket assemble place the cloves, cinnamon sticks, and salt.

Assemble, plug in, and perk. Serve piping hot.
