Sesame Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

10 each chicken thighs
3 tablespoons soy sauce, light
2 tablespoons sherry dry
3/16 teaspoons ginger fresh, grated
3 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 x peanut oil for deep frying

Directions

Cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone.

Marinate them in the soy sauce, sherry, ginger and enough cornstarch to make a thick sauce for 1 hour.

Add the sesame seeds. Deep fry peices in peanut oil at 375 degrees F. until lightly browned.

You can try substituting beef for the chicken.
