Beef and Broccoli

A simple but scrumptious dish that's perfect to make when you don't have a lot of time to prepare dinner.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil divided
3/4 pound beef, sirloin tip or top round steak, 3/4 inch thick, sliced across the grain into thin strips
2 cups broccoli florets flowerets
1 medium onion cut into wedges
1 clove garlic minced
1 can soup, cream of broccolli
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 cups rice, cooked hot

Directions

In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef in one tablespoon oil. Remove from heat.

Reduce heat to medium. In remaining oil cook broccoli and onion with garlic until tender-crisp.

Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling.

Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring often.

Serve over rice.

Serves 4.

Irish Cream Cheesecake

I live with 3 guys and we found this recipie. i made it once and now they want me to make it all the time. One time we didn't have enough irish cream, but we had a bottle of the caramel irish cream and used it. It's awesome. :)
