Beef and BroccoliA simple but scrumptious dish that's perfect to make when you don't have a lot of time to prepare dinner.
Ingredients
DirectionsIn large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef in one tablespoon oil. Remove from heat. Reduce heat to medium. In remaining oil cook broccoli and onion with garlic until tender-crisp. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring often. Serve over rice. One time we didn't have enough irish cream, but we had a bottle of the caramel irish cream and used it. It's awesome. :) |
