Raspberry Chicken Salad
Ingredients
Directions* Frozen unsweetened loose-pack raspberries, thawed and drained, can be substituted for fresh raspberries. Toss salad greens, chicken, raspberries and celery. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with Raspberry Dressing and pepper. RASPBERRY DRESSING: Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed for about 15 seconds or until smooth. Rate this Recipe

Was tasty and much easier than going to the trouble to make cabbage rolls, though cabbage rolls are worth the effort if you have the time. I will make this one again. |
