No-bake peanut butter nuggets with corn flake crumbs, coconut, and honey. Four ingredients, no oven needed, and kids can make these themselves.

2 hrsFour ingredients, no oven, no cooking. Peanut butter, honey, coconut, and crushed corn flakes get mixed together, rolled into balls, coated in more corn flake crumbs, and chilled until firm. These are the kind of snack you can throw together in 15 minutes and have ready by the time the kids get home from school.
The corn flakes do double duty here: crushed into the mixture for structure and used as an outer coating for crunch. The inner crumbs absorb moisture from the peanut butter and honey, giving the nuggets a firm, chewy center. The outer layer stays crispy as long as you keep them refrigerated.
Unsweetened coconut keeps the sweetness in check. Between the honey and the peanut butter, there’s already plenty of sugar in the mix. Sweetened coconut would push these into candy territory.
Kitchen Tips
- Measure out even 2-teaspoon portions for uniform balls. Consistent size means they all firm up at the same rate in the fridge.
- Wet your hands slightly when rolling. The mixture is sticky and will cling to dry fingers.
- Store in a covered container in the fridge. These soften at room temperature and lose their shape.
Variations
- Chocolate drizzle: Melt a few chocolate chips and drizzle over the chilled nuggets for a fancier look.
- Almond butter swap: Use almond butter instead of peanut butter for a slightly milder, nuttier flavor.
