Peach Melba Dessert

Ingredients

2 cups peaches fresh, peeled, sliced
2 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 x ice cream vanilla

Directions

In a saucepan, bring peaches, raspberries, sugar and water to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Chill, if desired. Serve over ice cream.

Hungarian Noodle Side Dish

An excellent dish. Although we varied a little - baked in oven at 350 degrees for hour and a half. Very tasty. Easy to do. Makes a lot.
