Pea and Carrot Salad with Lovage

Ingredients

1 pound green peas fresh
1 1/2 pounds baby carrots
3 tablespoons mayonnaise tofu or regular
3 tablespoons yogurt natural
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons lovage chopped

Directions

Slice carrots.

Combine with peas and steam for no more than 15 minutes.

Cool slightly.

Mix together the mayonnaise and yogurt.

Add mustard.

Fold in the lovage, followed by the peas and carrots.

Allow to cool completely, then serve.
