No-Cook Butterscotch Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 each egg
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups milk
2 packages instant pudding mix, butterscotch
2 cups cream, half and half
1 cup pecans chopped

Directions

In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.

Beat in brown sugar, milk and pudding mix until smooth.

Stir in half-and-half and pecans.

Freeze.
