Banana Pancakes

This recipe was terrific! I just added a 1/2 to 1 cup of chopped walnuts and it was the best. Super moist and thick!

Ingredients

2/3 cup flour, all-purpose
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium banana ripe, finely chopped

Directions

Combine flours, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix together milk and oil and stir into dry mixture just enough to moisten all ingredients, then fold in banana.

Spoon onto a hot well greased griddle. Turn once.

Makes 10 to 12.

I THINK HORSE MEAT IS GREAT,IT IS MUCH LEANER THAN MOST MEATS.I DROOL EVERY TIME I WATCH A WESTERN MOVIE.I EAT HORSE MEAT EVERY TIME I CAN,I CAN,T WAIT UNTIL I GEAT MY NEXT CHANCE!
