Millet Bread - Pan-1

Ingredients

1 1/8 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/8 cups bread flour
1/4 cup millet flour
1 tablespoon milk, skim, (non fat) powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons bran toasted
1 tablespoon molasses
1 cup water
1 teaspoon yeast, active dry

Directions

Timer OR Bake (Rapid) mode may be used. Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan. Add liquid ingredients. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. SELECT: WHOLE WHEAT BAKE MODE. Press start. 5:00 will show.

Mexican Shepard Pie

The only thing that would make this better is an extra something to enhance the Mexican flavor--maybe more salsa, more spice? Otherwise very good and the family liked it and it makes for good leftovers.
