Lentil Burgers

Ingredients

2 cups lentils cooked, drained
1 cup bread crumbs whole wheat
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 each onion grated
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1 x whole wheat flour whole wheat, for coating
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

1. Mash the lentils slightly. Add the bread crumbs, wheat germ, salt, onion, and celery seeds.

Mix well. 2. Form the mixture into 8 patties.

Coat with flour.

3. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the patties on both sides until browned.

Sweet Potato Biscuits

Great recipe! I made them and served them warm with a spicy honey mustard and some country ham piled on them and not a crumb was left!!! You gotta try these:)
