Hot-Fudge Sauce

Very easy to make. Rich Chocolate taste and velvety smooth texture. Would be good on chocolate cake, mint ice cream. You must rewarm to use again. I had it with vanilla ice cream. Wonderful!

Ingredients

3 ounces chocolate unsweetened unsweetened
3 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet) semisweet
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup, light
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. In a medium-sized heavy saucepan, combine chocolates, sugar, and corn syrup.

Heat over low heat until chocolates melt and sugar dissolves.

2. Add butter, water, and vanilla, stirring until mixture is well blended and smooth.

3. Serve immediately or refrigerate and rewarm before serving.
