Ham Skillet Gumbo

Ingredients

2 cups ham cooked and diced
1 cup green bell pepper chopped
1 cup onions chopped
10 ounces okra cut
1 each tomatoes 15 ounce can
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or black
1 cup rice uncooked

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except rice in a large, heavy skillet.

2. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

3. Stir in rice and simmer, covered, 20 minutes longer, or until rice is cooked. Serve.
