Avocado Salsa Cruda

Ingredients

1/2 cup avocado finely diced
1 1/2 cups tomatoes peeled, seeded, finely, chopped, about 2
1/2 cup red onion diced
1/4 cup jalapeno pepper diced
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup parsley leaves
1/8 teaspoon sugar
salt

Directions

Chop each vegetable by hand or with food processor.

Mix together in a nonaluminum bowl.

Add the sugar and salt to taste. Adjust the sesonings if necessary.

Let the salsa sit for at least 1 hr. Stir well before serving.

Yield: Approx.

A Norwegian Coffee Cake

This is such an awesome recipe. It doesn't take a lot of money and you can make it taste just the way you want - strawberries or cream cheese (or both) work well. Very good!
