<P>Beau Monde is a mix of spices, not a brand name. I'm not sure of all the ingredients, but it is savory....garlic, onion, celery salt (maybe a little tarragon) etc. I don't know where you live, but I've been able to buy it in the store for years!! It's not that unusual. Why not try substituting with some seasoned salt?
