This is an annual "Norweign Must Have" on xmas eve and Thanksgiving Eve. Soak the fish in cold water for 2 to 4 hours. Then put it in steamer until done, poke with fork until it feels tender. Then put fish in oven , in a pyrex dish, at low temp 250, to get some of the liquid out of fish. Serve with melted butter poured on it. Also Lefese, Norweign bread, should be served with it. Ludefisk!!!!
