for 1 (9) inch pie

1 cup flour

1/3 cup crisco

2 to 3 tablespoons cold water Use two knives and cut the flour and crisco, till fine crumbly looking, then add water and knead the dough, place the dough between two sheets of wax paper and roll out. The less you touch the dough the more flaky it becomes. If you have a large mixer, make it in that, like I said the less you touch the better the crust. It works for me every time. Don't forget to roll between wax paper.

good-luck
