<P>What I found in my book is dl is fluid metric measure,--- american measure is 14 tablespoons, 7/8 cup--- fluid ounces is 7 ounces--- fluid metric measure is 210 ml, 2dl--- I hope this will help you, it came out of my book called &quot;The Kitchen Companion&quot; by Polly Clingerman, this book has every thing in on cooking, all helpful hints.
